Hey, everyone. My name is Syed Azhar Hussain Quadri (Syed), and I enjoy inventing robots, automated systems, and writing dumb software—basically anything that lowers human effort. My interest in creating things began in 2013, when I represented my school in a Space Settlement design competition. I've coded a bunch of Android and iOS apps and worked on a number of hardware projects. I received a bachelor's degree in computer science and spent four years working as a researcher and programmer in my college's robotics team.
Currently, I'm concentrating on ROS, manipulators, deep learning, computer vision, and artificial intelligence while pursuing my master's in robotics at Northeastern University.
In 2018, I founded a startup called ZN-Devs with the vision of creating software and tools that make a meaningful impact on the operations of other businesses, startups, and organizations.

Outside of research and projects, I enjoy sketching, video editing, and blogging. I am also an amateur photographer; you can see some of my pictures here.
